I created The Rapportè from a very real place, burnout, sacrifice, and the realization that something had to change. While working in a small company, I wore every hat imaginable. I was answering calls at all hours, covering shifts, and managing schedules nonstop, often during family gatherings, my child’s events, and even in moments that should have been sacred, like a funeral. I found myself constantly “on,” with no time to truly rest or be present for the people who matter most. As my son grew and my parents aged, it became clear that time is something we don’t get back.
The Rapportè was built to give that time back, not just to me, but to every business owner, office admin, and team member who feels tied to their phone or overwhelmed by after-hours responsibilities. My goal is simple: to help people step away from work without fear of what’s being missed.
